礼品损坏
  Damage 

用户收到礼品后,请当场检查礼品是否有损坏或缺失。如果发现礼品外包装破损,请开箱验收或拒绝签收,并尽快拨打热线电话 400-628-2178进行协调。本人一旦签收,则视为礼品完好无误地递送成功。若礼品为他人代收,请用户在自代收人签收之7日内立即检查礼品是否有损坏或缺失。如果发现礼品破损,请尽快拨打热线电话400-628-2178进行反馈。
Please check the goods on the spot when receiving. If the outer packing box is damaged, you could have open-package inspection or refuse to receive and then call the hotline: 400-628-2178for solutions as soon as possible. Otherwise, it will be deemed that the product is in good condition and the you have well receive the goods.
If the goods is collected by others, be sure to check the condition of the goods within 7 days upon the receipt date. If it is damaged, please call the hotline: 400-628-2178 for solutions immediately.

退换货政策
  Return Policy 

用户可自签收日起7天内,若发现产品损坏或递送错误,可通过拨打400-628-2178提出退换货申请,并满足以下条件:
If the product is damaged or wrong delivered, the user could apply for return or exchange services via hotline: 400-628-2178 within 7 days upon receipt date. The return and exchange services could be provided only under the following situations:

1)产品损坏 Damage
若产品遭到损坏,请提供损坏礼品的照片、外包装盒的照片以及包含包括收件人姓名、联系方式、地址、礼品名称以及数量等重要信息的快递单的照片发送到service@suncoun.com,并注明礼品卡和密码;
If the product is damaged, please provide the photo of damaged gift, outer packing box as well as the photo of the express list which contains the detailed receipt information to service@suncoun.com. Please do not forget to indicate your card number and password;

2)递送错误 Wrong Delivery
若递送错误,需保证退换的礼品必须崭新、未曾使用、可再销售且原包装配件齐全,同时,请提供保存完好的礼品照片发送到service@suncoun.com,并注明礼品卡和密码。若用户逾期提出申请,或不能满足以上条件,基于和礼品制造商和供应商相关协议,本公司将保留拒绝退换申请的权利。
If the delivery is wrong, you have to ensure that the product must be returned brand new, unused, could be sold and with the original packaging and complete accessories. Meanwhile, please provide the photo of the well-preserved product to service@suncoun.com, and indicate the card and password as well. If the return application is overdue, we’ll reserve the right to refuse the return according to the related agreement between the manufacture and supplier.

  Goods Missing

如果用户在订单确认后迟迟未收到礼品,请拨打热线电话400-628-2178 客服会协助查询并跟踪状态。
If you haven’t received the product for a long time since the order confirmation date, please do not hesitate to call the hotline: 400-628-2178 to ask for the status of the product.
