○礼品损坏 Damage 用户收到礼品后，请当场检查礼品是否有损坏或缺失。如果发现礼品外包装破损，请开箱验收或拒绝签收，并尽快拨打热线电话 400-628-2178进行协调。本人一旦签收，则视为礼品完好无误地递送成功。若礼品为他人代收，请用户在自代收人签收之7日内立即检查礼品是否有损坏或缺失。如果发现礼品破损，请尽快拨打热线电话400-628-2178进行反馈。 Please check the goods on the spot when receiving. Please do not forget to indicate your card number and password; 2)递送错误 Wrong Delivery 若递送错误，需保证退换的礼品必须崭新、未曾使用、可再销售且原包装配件齐全，同时，请提供保存完好的礼品照片发送到service@suncoun.com，并注明礼品卡和密码。若用户逾期提出申请，或不能满足以上条件，基于和礼品制造商和供应商相关协议，本公司将保留拒绝退换申请的权利。 If the delivery is wrong, you have to ensure that the product must be returned brand new, unused, could be sold and with the original packaging and complete accessories.
